DESCRIPTION:EinsteinPlus is a one-week\, intensive workshop for Canadian a
 nd international high school teachers that focuses on modern physics topic
 s including quantum physics\, special relativity\, and cosmology. \n\nEin
 steinPlus also provides unique opportunities to learn some of the latest d
 evelopments in physics from expert researchers at the forefront of their f
 ields\, enjoy lab tours\, and take part in social events with like-minded 
 teachers from around the world. Examples of sessions could include:\n\nInn
 ovative teaching strategies suitable for all areas of physics\nQuantum phy
 sics: Wave-particle duality and the electron double-slit experiment\nDark 
 matter as an application of uniform circular motion\nMeasuring Planck's co
 nstant using a simple electronic circuit\n\nEinsteinPlus will take place a
