Adding Presentation Materials to a Talk

To upload your presentation slide deck to your talk contribution in the timetable, please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that you are logged in to Perimeter's Indico platform.
   1. Invited Speakers: you should already have an account linked to the email address used for your conference registration. You may need to create a password to log in. 
   2. Contributed Talk presenters: log in with the same account as your conference registration.
   3. Log in here: https://events.perimeterinstitute.ca/login/
2. Once logged in, navigate to the Contribution List page on the left menu. 
3. Click on your talk title to open the details window.
4. Click the pencil icon in the Presentation Materials section. 
5. Drag the file into the upload window, or click the "Choose from your computer" button to add the file you want to upload. 
6. Click "Upload"
7. Confirm that the file has uploaded and is accessible - click "x" to close the window, refresh the Contribution List page to ensure the file is linked.
