Before registering for the conference, ensure that you are logged in to Perimeter's Indico platform. You may need to create an account.
Current Perimeter residents should log in to Indico via Okta to ensure you don't create a duplicate account.
If you have previously been a conference speaker, seminar speaker or a visitor at Perimeter, you may already have an account. Please use the "forgot my password" option to reset your password if your email address is already linked to an account.

Once you have logged in, return to the registration page and select the appropriate registration form for your participation level.

Application and Registration Confirmation
Registration is a 3-step process. Please watch for emails in your inbox with [INDICO] in the subject heading. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected], and we suggest adding this email to your contacts.
Step 1 - Application
Your registration application is pending review by the organizer committee.
The email subject will read: [INDICO] Registration for TRISEP 2026
As part of the application process, a letter of recommendation from your research supervisor is required and must be uploaded when the application is submitted.
Step 2 - Your application is Approved / Awaiting Payment
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your registration where you can complete the fee payment. The email subject will read: [Indico] Registration unpaid for TRISEP 2026. Please complete the payment by the deadline in the email in order to secure your registration.
Use the "Manage my Registration" link at the bottom of the email to access your registration record.
What if your application is not approved?
1 - You might receive a notification that you have been added to the wait list. Further instructions will follow.
2. If your application is not approved you will receive a "Rejected" notification.
Step 3 - Confirmation
Once your application is approved and any required payment is completed, registration is confirmed and you will receive further information to support your visit.
