Before applying for the summer school, ensure that you are logged in to Perimeter's Indico platform. You may need to create an account.
Current Perimeter residents should log in to Indico via Okta to ensure you don't create a duplicate account.
If you have previously been a conference speaker, seminar speaker or a visitor at Perimeter, you may already have an account. Please use the "forgot my password" option to reset your password if your email address is already linked to an account.

Which registration form should I use?
In Person Registration (325 CAD)
Researchers who are not affiliated with Perimeter. Applications will be reviewed. If approved, you will be responsible for your own travel, accommodation and other school-related expenses.
Coffee breaks and daily lunch will be provided with payment of the required registration fee.
Registration for PI Residents or Associate Researchers
Perimeter researchers should use this form. Log in via Okta to access your Indico account.
Coffee breaks are included.
A daily lunch package may be purchased at registration.
Registration for Virtual Participants
Virtual Participation is limited to members of the collaboration. If you are interested in joining via Zoom, please contact [email protected] to request the link.
Invited Speakers and SOC members have been registered separately - do not use the forms listed above.
Application and Registration Confirmation
Registration is a 3-step process. Please watch for emails in your inbox with [INDICO] in the subject heading. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]
Step 1 - Application
Your registration application is pending review by the organizer committee.
The email subject will read: [INDICO] Registration for IGWN-PI School on Gravitational Waves
Step 2 - Your application is Approved / Awaiting Payment
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to your registration where you can complete the fee payment, if required. If your application is not approved you will receive a "Rejected" notification.
The email subject will read: [Indico] Registration unpaid for IGWN-PI School on Gravitational Waves
Use the "Manage my Registration" link at the bottom of the email to access your registration record.
NOTE: If no payment is required, you will not receive this "Registration unpaid" email, you will move directly to the "Registration complete" email of Step 3.
Step 3 - Confirmation
Once your application is approved and any required payment is completed, registration is confirmed and you will receive further information to support your visit.
