Submission deadline
If you wish to contribute a talk or a poster to the conference, please submit a brief abstract. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and you will be advised by the end of July 2026 if your talk has been accepted.
Select the "Contribution Type" in the submission form.
• Contributed Talks will be 20-30 mins long (includes Q&A)
• Poster Session (includes a 1-2 min Flash talk)
If you want to submit an abstract for consideration for both a poster and a contributed talk, you will need to complete the submission form twice. Submissions for a Contributed talk that are not accepted may be considered for a Poster and Flash talk.
NOTE: You must be in attendance in Waterloo to present a Contributed Talk or Poster. We encourage you to register to attend the conference as soon as possible as conference space is limited. You will be advised if your talk has been accepted before the registration fee payment deadline.
