Selection Criteria  

We aim to host a diverse group of science communicators who employ evidence-based, innovative approaches and actively collaborate within the field.

Proposals will be reviewed by the workshop organizers, and only selected submissions will be invited to register for the workshop and included in the final program. 

As an applicant, you are responsible for clearly presenting your previous experience in science communication. You are encouraged to share a sample from your portfolio to showcase your work.  

Application and Registration Confirmation

Registration is a 3-step process. Please watch for emails in your inbox with [INDICO] in the subject heading. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]

Step 1 - Expression of Interest
Your application is pending review by the organizer committee.

The email subject will read: [INDICO] Expression of Interest for Scicomm Collider 2026

Step 2 - Your application is Approved 

If your Expression of Interest is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for Scicomm Collider 2026. 

If your application is not approved, you will receive a notification indicating that it was not successful. 

 

Step 3 - Confirmation

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with further information to support your visit. 

The email subject line will read: Registration complete for Scicomm Collider 2026 

 

Travel and Accommodation 

There is no fee to apply, register, or attend the workshop for accepted applicants. If you require travel support, please contact [email protected]

Accommodation and meals will be provided for the full duration of the workshop.
