Submission deadline
We invite PSIons to create teams (minimum of 4 people per team) to propose a project to be developed and presented at the reunion and virtually to other PSI alumni. Winning teams will receive up to 5000 CAD to help support their project and their participation at the reunion.
DEADLINE EXTENDED: March 31, 2024 Midnight ET
Cohort groups (min 4 people) should meet to discuss the topic and submit the proposal by the deadline. Selection of projects will be announced on April 2.

Format could include presentation in the form of a talk, a panel discussion, participation in a group activity, collaboration with the broader Perimeter community... be creative!
What criteria will be used to select the projects?
- Impactful
- Collaborative
- Creative
- Unique or relevant topic
A complete proposal will include:
- All participating members of your group as authors
- The proposal abstract which should include how you plan to use your time at Perimeter Institute to collaborate, some ideas on how you will present the project at Perimeter Institute and your goal for the project.
- A draft budget submitted as an attachment.
Budget: If your cohort group is awarded one of the grants available (max 5000 CAD), how would you allocate those funds? Please submit a draft budget in the attachments.
Note: The grant will be administered by Perimeter Institute and the budget must be approved prior to any expenses being incurred. Expenses will be reimbursed post-event. Any travel subsidies included in your budget must abide by Perimeter’s travel policy including flight reimbursement maximums (600 CAD for North American travel, 1000 CAD for international travel) for economy rate travel.
