Submission deadline
If you wish to contribute a talk to the conferenc or present a poster, please submit a brief abstract. All contributed abstracts will be reviewed and you will be advised by April 7, 2025 if your talk and/or poster has been accepted.
Select the "Contribution Type" in the submission form.
• Contributed Talks will be 10 mins long (includes Q&A)
• Poster Session
If you want to submit both a talk and a poster, you will need to complete the submission form twice. Submissions for a contributed talk that are not accepted will automatically be considered for a poster.
NOTE: You must be in attendance at the conference in Waterloo to present a Contributed Talk. We encourage you to register to attend the conference as soon as possible as conference space is limited. You will be advised if your talk has been accepted before the registration fee payment deadline.
