- The poster session and social is Wednesday, June 14, in the Atrium and 1st FL Bistro area.
- Maximum poster dimensions are 4ft (w) x 3 ft (h).
- Presenters should bring their posters with them. Conference organizers can't assist with poster printing.
- Boards will be set up on the morning of June 14. There is no set assignment, you can choose any available board to mount your poster.
- Tear down is the evening of June 14 (following the event).
