Guidelines for accepted poster presenters:
Maximum poster dimensions are 4ft (h) x 3ft (w) - portrait orientation.
- Once the display boards are set up, presenters are free to choose any available board.
- Posters can remain up until after the Wednesday evening banquet dinner.
Please note: Conference organizers do not assist with poster printing. We recommend you plan to bring your poster with you. If you cannot travel with your poster and wish to print here in Waterloo there are several local printer options:
