Guidelines for fireslides:
- 1 minute talk, 1 slide
- Slides should be uploaded to the folder below in advance.
- Deadline: July 18, 2025
- File name: Presenter's Name
- Upload 1 slide - Cosmic Ecosystems Fireslides
**Presenters accepted to give a flash talk are also welcome to present a poster.
Please confirm if you intend to present a poster by emailing [email protected].
Guidelines for posters:
- Maximum poster dimensions are 4ft (h) x 3ft (w)
- Once the display boards are set up, presenters are free to choose any available board or designated poster space.
- Tear down is immediately following the poster session unless otherwise advised.
If you cannot travel with your poster and wish to print in Waterloo there are several local printer options:
