Guidelines for flash talks:
- 1 minute talk, 1 slide
- Slides should be uploaded to the folder below in advance.
- Deadline: July 24
- File name: Presenter's Name
- Upload 1 slide - Cosmic Ecosystems Fireslides
**Presenters accepted to give a flash talk are also welcome to present a poster.
Please confirm if you intend to present a poster by emailing [email protected].
Guidelines for posters:
- Maximum poster dimensions are 4ft (h) x 3ft (w)
- Poster session: Wednesday afternoon, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
- Once the display boards are set up on Monday morning, presenters are free to choose any available board or designated poster space and hang their poster with the provided velcro tabs.
- Posters can remain up until Thursday afternoon.
- Any posters not removed by Thursday coffee break will be held in Rm 129 for collection.
