Submission deadline
To apply to present a poster at the conference, please submit a brief title and abstract. All submissions will be reviewed and you will be advised by mid-April if your poster has been accepted.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: March 31, 2025
Accepted poster presenters will also be asked to present a 1 min flash talk on their poster prior to the poster session.
NOTE: You must be in attendance at the workshop in Waterloo to present a poster and flash talk. We encourage you to register to attend the conference as soon as possible as conference space is limited. You will be advised if your poster has been accepted before the registration fee payment deadline.
