Airport transportation: Most attendees will be arriving at Pearson International Airport. To facilitate coordinating your airport transportation with others, please take advantage of this sign-up sheet. Tab 1 is for arrivals, and tab 2 is for departures.

The trip from Pearson to Waterloo is approximately 1 hr. The best options are Uber (book in advance or on arrival), Waterloo Taxi (you must book in advance here https://waterlootaxi.ca/), and Airways Transit (shuttle service - book in advance or on arrival).

Car Rentals Upon arrival at any of the terminals at Pearson International Airport, there are a number of car rental agencies to choose from. Their booths are located on the arrivals level. The cost of a car rental depends on the type of vehicle you would like and the length of the stay.
Please note that parking is extremely limited at Perimeter Institute, and you must have a parking permit to park in the lot long term.
