Once your application has been approved, we encourage you to book your travel and accommodations as soon as possible for best rates. Conference participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations and making their own travel arrangements.

Note to invited Speakers: Perimeter's Visitor Services department will be in touch with more details to coordinate your visit. We do also ask that you register for the conference using the 'Invited Speakers' registration form.
